Initial Consultation
Church Development is pleased to minister to your church. Initial phone consultations to learn more about your church and its particular needs are always complimentary, as normal questions and answers to assist your church in its building program and to help guide you to the right building plan.
Phone Consultation
When you church needs more than some questions answered, CDS can provide guidance and training via one-on-one and group consultation – will discuss and give counsel on most of the topics covered the Organization and Training Program, below. This does not include the building manual or B&W schematic floor plan and elevation. To schedule a phone consultation, please fill out this form. This service is billed on an hourly rate.
Organization and Training Program
"We know we are ready – we have saved the money – our people are ready – we have the human resources to drive our own program but we do not have the organizational skill, experience or knowledge to move forward with concentrated effort and focus."
If this describes your church then our Organization and Training Program will help fill in one of the missing ingredients in your program. Using our manual, “A Comprehensive Guide To Church Building and Expansion” we will organize and train your church building committee. This program includes two, two day on-site visits (20 hours) and up to 10 hours of counsel by phone, fax, and email.

Plan for Success
Pre-design planning and equipping to determine needs, cost and feasibility.
Determine the readiness of your project and specifically what has to take place. This in turn prepares the church to articulate its vision with the understanding of task and budget. At the end of our program, Plan for Success, you will have an excellent idea of how every part of your expansion campaign is going to progress and what it is going to cost.
Ministry Driven Design – Articulating the Vision
Working with our team of architects and engineers we will take verbal and written material and bring your vision to life. This articulation also will prepare for working construction drawings and aid in stewardship campaigns.
Budget Sensitive
CDS working with our financial underwriting team will guide you, based on current financial information provided by the church, and demographic evaluation for growth, on what you can afford to build.
Superior Value without sacrificing Function or Quality
CDS working with our team of civil engineers, architects, and construction managers will provide a workable budget and specific guidelines for program execution.
Uplifting Journey
CDS will outline (and train committee members if necessary *) a schedule of events and timeline for the journey.
