Rendering Schedule

Church Development Services is pleased to offer different rendering options based on affordability and scope of the project

Please be mindful that the included samples do not fully represent the reproduction quality you would receive. However, these samples should give you information needed to assess which product would best serve your needs.

Each Rendering comes with an Elevation and Floor Plan. Each rendering comes with an 11x17, and a 24 x 36 copy that is suitable for framing, brochures, and banners.

The color site plan is 24x36

The floor plans are always in black and white – the Elevations come based upon the format you choose.

Each of the color renderings includes a phone consultation, customizing, and a preliminary drawing approval before colorizing.

The Black and White reproduction is based on the catalog plan that most resembles your project. To customize the black and white drawing (includes a phone consultation), add $250.

These prices are good one year from July 2007.
