About Us- Church Development Services

Church Development Services was started 20 years ago and has helped complete more than 300 church building projects. Over that time we have created a catalog of pre-designed church building plans that we make available to churches at a significant discount to traditional design.

The variety of church floor plans offered include Sanctuaries which will accommodate from 100 to over 1,000 people; half-and full-court gymnasiums; multipurpose buildings; schools; family life centers; traditional and contemporary church elevations; rectangular, square and octagonal buildings; the ability to do custom design buildings; and complete phase 1, 2, and 3 campuses.

We believe a church building project is a major experience in the life of an individual and a congregation. To a great many people building a church has opened new spiritual horizons and led to a deeper and closer walk with God. To some it has been a source of bitter disappointment, frustration, and deteriorated spiritual life. The difference in outcome does not just happen. It happens because of attitude (humble or prideful), wise or unwise planning, timely or untimely administration, and technical expertise or lack thereof.

Therefore, Church Development Services started an on-site consulting service more than 7 years ago to compliment our low cost, “pre-designed” church building plans. Often committees have difficulty leading the church to a final resolution because there are missing ingredients that are vital to reach a resolution. Church Development Services and our network of resources, consults with churches to provide a proven process and answers to their specific church building questions.

Our service offerings offer a wide range of solutions
